Maintenance Leading Hand
Reporting to the Property Services Manager and leading a small and enthusiastic team, this position is an important member of our well respected Property Services Division.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the daily coordination of Property Services Team tasks, focused primarily on providing a positive and safe environment for our staff and students in which there is obvious care for the physical resources of the College and a desire to provide, develop and maintain aesthetically pleasing surroundings.
We are looking for a team player with high standards, strong leadership and staff supervision skills, a positive, professional and friendly disposition and a broad experience base across building and ground maintenance, service contract supervision and workplace safety.
