In line with our Benedictine values and Good Samaritan educational philosophies, the College is committed to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment that is responsible for the needs of our students academically, physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually and pastorally.

The College enrols girls whose parents (or guardians) seek a Catholic education, with enrolment preference applied in the following order:

• Siblings of current students or students with past-pupil history
• Catholic students from Catholic Schools
• Catholic Students from Non-Catholic Schools
• Non-Catholic Students from Catholic Schools
• Non-Catholic Students from Non-Catholic Schools

In keeping with the philosophy of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan, low academic ability, financial or social status is no barrier to entry.

Enrolment Applications

A Prospectus detailing the College's Values and Philosophies and containing an Application for Enrolment and most recent Fee Schedule is available by contacting the College Enrolments Registrar (details below) and/or by completing the online request form.

Applications for Enrolment will be accepted for assessment four years prior to the commencement (i.e. from the commencement of Year 3 for enrolment in Year 7).

When returning the completed application form (link below) the following supporting items should be attached:

• a copy of your daughter's birth certificate
• a photocopy of your daughter's latest school report
• a copy of your daughter's latest NAPLAN Tests results
• a copy of educational and/or medical assessment reports where relevant
• a non-refundable Application Fee of A$80.00 payable to Lourdes Hill College.

Once received your application will be held on file until the advertised close of enrolments date.

Within one month of this closing date, if a place is available for the nominated year, a letter of offer will be forwarded by the Principal, to the applicant.

The Acceptance of Offer Form (Parent Contract) together with a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of $500 must be returned to Lourdes Hill College by the date specified.

Payment of this fee, and signing of the Parent Contract reserves a definite place for your daughter in the nominated year. If the offer is not accepted by the due date, then it will lapse and the place will be offered to another applicant.

Enrolment Timetable

The College's enrolment procedures and timetable for all students entering Year 7 (from 2015 onward) is as follows:

Year 3	Application to be submitted
Mid Year 4	Offers will be made with acceptance of offer due within 14 days of date of offer
Year 5	Your daughter will be invited to attend a confirmation interview with a member of staff
Year 6	Your daughter will be invited to attend an 'Orientation Day', and join one of the many 'Learn To' programs that take place in Term 4. There will also be a Parent Information Evening on the same day as the Orientation Day where we will provide any necessary information regarding your daughter's commencement at Lourdes Hill College

Active enrolment processes are presently underway for the following years:

Year 8, 2013	Enrolments Closed however applications to waiting list are being accepted
Year 8, 2014	Enrolments Closed 16 December 2011 however applications to waiting list are being accepted
Year 7 and Year 8, 2015	Enrolments for Year 7, 2015 (current year 4 students) are now closed however application to waiting list are being accepted. Enrolments for Year 8, 2015 (current year 5 students) are now closed however a limited number of places remain available. Please call the College for further information.
Year 7, 2016	Applications for Year 7 (current Year 3 students) in 2016 are currently being accepted. Applications for 2016 enrolments close in February 2013
