This is a full-time, term-time (with 4 additional weeks) continuing position commencing as soon as possible. To be successful in your application you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
Essential:
- Minimum Level 2 Rowing Australia National Rowing Coaching Accreditation
- Power Boat License
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with students, parents and staff
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and cooperatively within a team environment
- Ability to work flexible work hours to meet College requirements
Preferred:
- Experience working with adolescent girls within a school setting
- Tertiary qualification in teaching or sports management or similar discipline will be well regarded
- Extensive knowledge, experience and capacity in the co-curricular area of Rowing
Personal Qualifications:
- Commitment to the philosophy and aims of Lourdes Hill College and its legal, moral and ethical obligations.
- An ability to be an effective team member, including initiative, passion, willingness to collaborate and people management skills to drive holistic sports involvement.
- Capacity to work within the organisation’s policy and procedural guidelines.
