The College will provide a Letter of Offer upon payment of 50% of the tuition for the first year of study. This payment is non-refundable. The College will also arrange the student's compulsory Overseas Student Health Care (OSHC) to cover the duration of study.

Once this payment is received, the College will provide an eCoE (electronic Confirmation of Enrolment), along with a Student Welfare Letter enabling the student to obtain a student visa.

Once the student has arrived in Australia and before her commencement at the College, the Director of International Education will meet with the student to support her in settling in to her new environment.
