Year 5 and 7 Enrolment Timeline

Birth to Pre-Prep

A Registration of Interest form can be submitted anytime from Birth to Pre-Prep.  Once registered, we will keep in touch and inform you when applications open.

Prep - Year 3

Enrolment Applications open when your daughter begins Prep.
Enrolment Interviews are held in November when your daughter is in Year 3. Interviews are compulsory for all families wishing to be considered for a place.

Year 4

Applications close in the third week of January the year your daughter commences Year 4.  
Final enrolment interviews held in the last week of January.
Offers are made in February for both Year 5 and Year 7 cohorts.
Following an offer, a completed Enrolment Contract and payment of the non-refundable Confirmation Fee of $800 will secure your daughter’s place at LHC. 

We offer multiple opportunities for our future students to connect with the College prior to commencing, including our ‘School of’ and ‘Learn to’ Programs and Orientation Day. These are a wonderful opportunity for future students to connect with each other, make new friends, become familiar with our College facilities and get to know staff. 

Application Timeline 

Year 5 - 11 2026 Applications

A limited number of positions may become available in Years 5 to 11 throughout the year.  Families interested in enrolling their daughter in these year levels are encouraged to contact our Enrolments Registrar via enrolments@lhc.qld.edu.au or 07 3399 0498 prior to submitting an application.

Submitting an Application

Before you start your application, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

• A copy of your daughter's Australian birth certificate, Passport or Citizenship Certificate OR a copy of your daughter's International Birth Certificate, Passport and current Visa documents.
• Copies of your daughter's last two school reports, including NAPLAN reports. A copy of any court or parenting orders in place, if applicable
• A copy of any Verification Documentation and/or Individual Educational Plans in place, if applicable
• A copy of any Health/Medical Action Plans relating to your daughter
• A non-refundable application fee of $120.00.

The Application Form will take approximately 30 mins to complete providing you have all supporting documents on hand.
