Enrolment Process

Students applying to enter in Years 5 and 7

Applications for Year 5 or 7 entry at LHC open when your daughter begins Prep. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email and we will then be in touch to request Year 3 Reports and NAPLAN results prior to applications closing at the end of January the year your daughter commences Year 4.  First round offers will be made shortly after applications close and a completed Enrolment Contract and payment of a non-refundable Confirmation Fee of $800 will secure a place for your daughter.

During the enrolment period, your daughter will have multiple opportunities to connect with the College and get to know us. If she is offered a place she will be invited to participate in our 'School of' Program, have a ‘Welcome Interview’ and attend an Orientation Day.

Students applying to enter in Years 8-12

For students applying to enter in Years 8-12, we encourage you to check the availability of a place in your requested year level by contacting our Enrolments Registrar, Ange Glancy on 3399 0498. If there is a possibility of a place you will be asked to complete the online application form. Once this is received an interview will then be arranged.

Before you start your application, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

• A copy of your daughter's Australian birth certificate, Passport or Citizenship Certificate OR a copy of your daughter's International Birth Certificate, Passport and current Visa documents.
• Copies of your daughter's last two school reports, including NAPLAN reports. A copy of any court or parenting orders in place, if applicable
• A copy of any Verification Documentation and/or Individual Educational Plans in place, if applicable
• A copy of any Health/Medical Action Plans relating to your daughter
• A non-refundable application fee of $120.00.

The application form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all the supporting documents at hand.
