A reminder in relation to our College uniform as we commence Term 2;

  • Students in Years 5-8 are to wear the purple blouse with piping at the sleeve and collar. Please note that in 2027 all Junior and Middle school students will have transitioned to this new purple blouse.
  • Students in Years 10-11 are to wear the white blouse without the pocket and piping at the sleeve and collar. Please note that in 2027 all Senior School students will have transitioned to this new white blouse.
  • Students in all years are to wear their Black LHC Backpack to and from school. With the Purple Book Bag used between classes. A College duffle bag (Years 5-6) and Duffle or shoulder sport bag (Year 7-12) are the only additional bags that can be brought to school to hold additional items for co-curricular activities.
  • Hats are to be worn to and from school and when student’s leaves a building.
  • Thank you for ensuring that students adhere to College expectations by wearing no additional jewellery (including clear studs) and by not wearing make-up, nail polish, gel/acrylic/SNS nails, false eyelashes, or spray tans. Please refer to pages 4–5 of the College diary for full details.
  • Students in Year 5-7 are to wear their name badge while at school.
  • Please ensure shoes are polished and hats are in good order. In weeks 1 and 2 of Term 2, Home Group teachers will check the condition of hats, and the College will follow up with students and families where a replacement may be needed.

Please note that the College transitions to the Winter Uniform from Friday 8 May (the Friday before Mother’s Day) until the Friday prior to Father’s Day. During this time, students are expected to wear their blazer to and from school, as well as for assemblies and other formal occasions. As Friday 8 May is also the College’s Open Evening, students involved are asked to wear their uniform proudly, including their blazer

 Senior Jerseys for our Year 12 students may be worn on Wednesday’s to and from the College and on specific other dates that have been communicated to the students. I thank the Year 12’s for the way they have negotiated with the Leadership team and for their leadership in this space.

 We thank all families for the support we have received in ensuring that our uniform is worn with pride by your daughters, and we thank them for the way they have worn the uniform to date in 2026.
